Samsung to go all-in on artificial intelligence with new Galaxy S24 series

According to an exclusive source of The Elec, Samsung will introduce its new Galaxy S24 series to the world on January 17, 2024. This series includes the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra models.

In addition, the South Korean giant has registered trademarks for devices that will still take almost two years to be released, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy S25, as well as others that will be launched soon.

The company has also filed trademarks for other types of products, such as augmented reality glasses and smart rings.

Samsung has announced Galaxy AI Experience, an artificial intelligence platform that will accompany the Galaxy S24 series, its next high-end model. According to SamMobile, which advanced the news, the company wants to bet on AI in its new devices. This is also confirmed by the trademark applications Samsung has filed in several countries, including AI Phone and AI Smartphone, which indicate that the Galaxy S24 will be an AI phone.

In addition, Samsung has applied for other trademarks related to augmented reality and flexible displays, such as Magic Pixel, Flex Magic and Flex Magic Pixel, which could be applied to TVs, smartphone displays and other products. These trademarks suggest that artificial intelligence (AI) will be the focus of the Galaxy S24 series unveiling.

However, these names are somewhat restrictive and Samsung may not succeed in registering them.
